1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and t788 ("t788", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the t788.club website, mobile web application, gaming services, payment services, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

Access to and use of t788 is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the account registration process; clicking an "I agree" or equivalent confirmation during registration; logging in to an existing t788 account; or depositing funds into a t788 account. Any one of these actions constitutes binding acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of that action.

t788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms is always available at t788.club/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of t788 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the t788 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and t788.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on t788, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. t788 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or receive any winnings. This restriction is absolute and applies regardless of any claimed parental or guardian consent.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal body) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of t788, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

t788 uses automated and manual controls to detect underage registrations. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed, access to all games and funds suspended, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. t788 reserves the right to withhold any winnings accumulated by an underage account.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a t788 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or details belonging to any other person.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one t788 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. t788 employs technical controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and any bonus funds, promotional credits, or winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your t788 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. t788 will never ask you for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel — any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to t788 support immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify t788 support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. t788 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification, but t788 accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

t788 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents, address verification, and payment method verification at any stage — including during registration, before withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by t788 support may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure. t788 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

t788 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. t788 does not currently accept international credit or debit cards as primary payment instruments for Bangladesh accounts.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account is registered to a different person — are not permitted and may be returned or forfeited.
• t788 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside t788's control.
• Deposits are credited to your t788 wallet balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. In the event of a network delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• t788 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming concerns are identified.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and registered account used for the most recent deposit, subject to name-matching verification. t788 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• t788 charges no platform fee on withdrawals. Processing time is typically within a few hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending KYC document verification, particularly for first withdrawals or large-value withdrawal requests.
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

t788 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting events (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). The following general terms apply to all t788 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your t788 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page. As a general example, a wagering requirement of 30x means that a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, certain slot titles from specific providers, and instant-win games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%) compared to the headline slots contribution rate (typically 100%). Game-specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page within your logged-in t788 account.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry a validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit — within which the wagering requirements must be met. If the validity period expires before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus balance are forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

t788 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; collusion between accounts; and exploitation of software errors or promotions errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, t788 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and in serious cases, close the account with no obligation to return deposited funds beyond the original deposit amount.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, slots, live dealer titles, and instant-win products available on t788 are provided by certified third-party gaming studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently certified for fairness by the game studio's own regulatory requirements.

t788 does not operate its own game mathematics and cannot alter game outcomes. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with t788 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. t788 will investigate by reviewing the game provider's server-side logs, which constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a conflict between the display shown to the player and the server-side record, the server-side record prevails.

In the event of a game malfunction, misquoted odds, or software error that results in an incorrect display of potential winnings, t788 reserves the right to void any bets affected by the error and return the original stake to the player. t788 is not liable for any winnings that were displayed as a result of a technical malfunction.

Sports betting markets on t788 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of an abandoned match or event, markets will be settled according to the settlement rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the t788 platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on t788. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a t788 account; misrepresenting your identity; submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Money laundering: Using t788 as a mechanism to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. t788 cooperates with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at the same table, game, or betting market to obtain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate outcomes.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to play games, place bets, or interact with the t788 platform in an automated manner without genuine human decision-making at each step.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by t788. Any chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, odds error, or platform malfunction for financial gain rather than reporting it to t788 support immediately.
• Underage play: Accessing or attempting to access t788 while under the age of 18, or facilitating underage access by sharing your account credentials with a minor.
• Threatening behaviour: Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassing conduct toward t788 staff via any communication channel.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your t788 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, t788 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

If you are requesting account closure because gambling is becoming a problem, please inform the support agent of this reason. t788 support will prioritise your request and can apply an immediate self-exclusion to prevent any access while the closure is processed. 8.2 t788-Initiated Suspension or Closure

t788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Confirmed underage play or inability to verify age upon request.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment reversal.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity review).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, t788 will assess whether any balance in the account is returnable to the player. Real-money deposits not derived from bonus activity are generally returned where fraud is not implicated, but t788 retains absolute discretion in this assessment.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

t788 provides a self-exclusion facility for players who wish to limit or stop their gambling activity. Self-exclusion can be activated from your account dashboard or by contacting t788 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion, no login, deposit, or wagering activity is possible, and t788 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated — an extension is always possible, but early reinstatement is not.
